In conversation with Mayor Andy Burnham

Andy Burnham joined us and Centre for Cities on 27 April 2023 for this in conversation event.

The Mayor discussed measures to boost prosperity in the Greater Manchester region, how the upcoming trailblazer deal can help support economic growth and transport improvements in the region, and what more he would like to see from central government in terms of power and funding for combined authorities to work effectively.
